Service Scope
Services include residential cleaning such as soft cleaning, deep cleaning, and Extreme Clean services. We do not offer carpet shampooing, pest control, appliance repair, or exterior window cleaning.​
Photos & Media
booking, you grant permission for before-and-after photos of cleaned areas to be taken and used for marketing purposes (no personal images of clients will be taken). All image rights are owned by The Kleaning Koncierge.
Refund Policy
All payments are final. No refunds will be issued for any services, packages, or consultations.
Changes & Adjustments
Clients have 24 hours after the session to request minor adjustments. No refunds will be issued for any reason.
Session Completion Sign-Off
Clients will be required to sign a completion form confirming satisfaction with the services and results.​
Safety & Conduct
All pets must be securely confined during cleaning sessions. If any vulgar, aggressive, or unsafe behavior occurs, the session will be ended immediately with no refund.
​Access Authorization
Clients must ensure the property is accessible at the scheduled time. Entry instructions must be provided in advance. If entry is not possible, the session will be marked as a no-show.
​Payment Terms
A non-refundable $100 retainer fee is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full before your scheduled session. No services will be rendered without full payment.
​Payment Terms
Add-On services such as inside cabinet, cleaning or refrigerator cleaning must be requested in advance. These are billed separately and must be paid for prior to service delivery.
​Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations or no-shows initiated by the client do not relieve the payment obligation. Efforts will be made to reschedule in case of emergencies, but no guarantees are made.
